How to play
Every fish announces itself with a ripple before it bites. Common fish barely stir — the legendary Angelfish signals with a distinctive gold ripple.
Hold the left mouse button (or Space) to charge power, move the mouse to aim, release to cast at the ring on the water. Longer casts reach wilder fish.
When the bobber dips, press and hold immediately. Rarer fish give you a much shorter bite window — hesitation costs you the catch.
Hold to reel, release the instant the line strains toward the red zone. Cross it and the line snaps; stay slack too long and the fish throws the hook. Never touch the red for a Perfect Catch worth 20% more.
The lagoon
Blueband Snapper (common, 12 gold) is the beginner's calm catch. Silver Moonfish (uncommon, 26 gold) pulls in long, feisty runs. The Angelfish (legendary, 120 gold) is the fierce golden prize every angler hunts — it only hooks itself to a gold ripple.
One letter, two very different fish. The Angelfish is the rare golden collectible you are hunting. The Anglerfish is the deep-sea monster hunting you at night — wearing an Angelfish's shape. The spelling is the whole twist.
Bright, cozy fishing by day; after sundown the ocean gradually turns hostile. Sell, keep, or sacrifice your catches, upgrade your rod, and prepare for the False Angel. 1–4 player invite-code co-op rooms are on the roadmap.
Reward codes
Looking for Angelfish game codes? There is no code redemption system in the current version — the game is already free online, so there is nothing to unlock. Watch out for copied code lists from unrelated fishing games. The official status page is updated whenever a real reward system ships.
